Having obtained a law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2004, Leah Durant has over a decade of experience related to legal matters. After graduating from law school Leah became an appellate attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice.  Prior to attending law school, Leah was involved with providing counseling and advocacy services to individuals diagnosed with serious medical and developmental disabilities. This exposure to the myriad of challenges suffered by clients in the healthcare arena promoted Leah’s interest in serving others.

Prior to taking on this role, Leah Durant served as an educator with the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPCS).  Leah Durant is currently founder and principal of the Law Offices of Leah V. Durant P.L.L.C., a law firm that represents children and adults in cases where individuals suffer harm following a vaccine.  Representing clients in complex vaccine litigation matters is her chief practice area. Leah Durant is capable of representing petitioners before the United States Court of Federal Claims.  She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the State of New Jersey.

A primary goal of the Law Offices of Leah Durant is to provide skillful representation to assist individuals who have been injured by vaccines.  Leah Durant works to bring each case to completion swiftly and efficiently, in an effort to obtain just compensation for every client, in every case.  Because navigating the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program is a complicated legal process, it is recommended that individuals pursuing compensation under the program seek the guidance of a vaccine attorney.

If you have suffered from a negative vaccine reaction such as Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), CIDP, shoulder pain, encephalitis, or any other illness following receipt of a vaccine, vaccine attorney Leah Durant is available to speak with you to learn more and evaluate all potential vaccine-related claims.
